The movie "Journey to the West: The Two Holy Gods" was released, and Chen Haomin played Yang Jian

Journey to the West, one of the four great classics, has always been favored by film and television creators. Recently, the movie Journey to the West: The Two Saints was exclusively premiered on Tencent Video. The "two saints" in the title refer to Yang Jian and Sun Wukong, played by Chen Haomin and Ding Huiyu respectively.

In the original Journey to the West, Erlang Shen and Sun Wukong had a fierce battle. They fought for 300 rounds without a clear winner. Then they began to fight with magic, using 72 transformations to transform insects, fish, birds and beasts one by one, but they were always evenly matched. However, The Two Holy Gods of War broke the traditional narrative context and completely subverted the story background and character settings. The story of the whole film mainly revolves around the growth and awakening of the two war gods.

However, "The Twins" breaks away from the inherent framework and portrays the head of the heavens as a powerful villain, and a domineering woman who is evil, crazy and mad.
