The animation "Nine States Legend" is the first Nine States series jointly produced by Penguin Pictures, Jiangnan Studios and Chocolate Animation. The film is set in the virtual world of "Nine States". It tells the story of young people such as Lv Guichen, Ji Ye, and Yu Ran who are ignorant of the world and have experienced hardships and setbacks, struggled persistently, helped each other, grew up and matured, and developed several earth-shaking friendships and love stories.
