On the first day, the number of screenings in Hong Kong and Macau cinemas increased from over 500 to over 800, a scale unprecedented in the history of Hong Kong and Macau films.

Data from Hong Kong film information platform WMOOV shows that as of 19:38 on the 22nd, the number of admissions to "Nezha 2" in Hong Kong exceeded 58,000, surpassing "Captain America 4: New World Order".

According to an interview with CCTV News, Arne, a German audience living in Hong Kong, said that he really liked the exquisite pictures, animation design, and action scenes of the movie (Nezha 2), which were very impressive and not inferior to Hollywood animations. After watching the movie, he also wanted to travel to more places in China to see the scenery shown in the movie.

"Nezha 2" was written and directed by Jiaozi, with Lv Yanting, Jonsensef, Han Mo, Chen Hao, and Luqi as the main voice actors. It was released in mainland China on January 29, 2025, and the cumulative box office has exceeded 13.4 billion yuan.
