It has been confirmed that the new "Gintama" theatrical animation "THE FINAL" will be released on January 8, 2021. A visual effect picture was revealed today (August 19).

The original "Gintama" manga written by Sorachi Hideaki ended serialization on June 20, 2019. The public information about the third theatrical animation was released in August and attracted the attention of many fans.

This movie is directed and written by Chizuru Miyawaki, the director of the third season of the "Gintama" TV animation, and supervised by Yoichi Fujita, the director of "Gintama: The Final Movie: Eternal Yorozuya".
