"Alien" director's sci-fi drama "Alien" new trailer released

Today (August 18), a new trailer for the HBO Max sci-fi series "Raised by Wolves", produced by "Alien" series director Ridley Scott, was released. The first season of "Raised by Wolves" consists of ten episodes and is expected to be officially launched on HBO Max on September 3.

"Alien" is a 10-episode mini-series. Ridley Scott personally directed the first two episodes of the first season, and his son Luke Scott also co-directed three of the episodes. Aaron Guzikowski, the screenwriter of "The Vigilante" and "Contraband", wrote the script and co-created the show. The main cast includes Travis Fimmel, the actor of the TV series "Vikings", and Danish actress Amanda Collins.

The plot of "Alien" describes that after the earth was destroyed by a war, two robots, named "father" and "mother", were ordered to raise newly born human children on a mysterious planet. However, due to the potential threat of the rapidly rising human colonies being torn apart due to differences in beliefs, the robots learned that controlling the human mind is a difficult task.
