According to Maoyan data, the national single-day box office on August 2 reached 52.847 million yuan, which was the first time that the national single-day box office exceeded 50 million since the theaters resumed work on July 20. Among them, Nolan's "Interstellar" won more than 19 million box office on the first day of re-screening, becoming the single-day box office champion.

As of August 1, the number of cinemas that have resumed operations nationwide has reached 7,159, with a resumption rate of 63.09%.
