Today (June 1), "Train to Busan 2: Peninsula" officially announced that the film will be released in South Korea in July. The official also released a release poster, but the specific release date has not been announced.

The story of "Peninsula: Train to Busan 2" takes place four years after "Train to Busan". Humanity has entered a state of extinction, the corpse virus has infected the world, and the people living among the ruins have launched a final struggle. The film is directed by Yeon Sang-ho, the director of "Train to Busan", and stars Kang Dong-won, Lee Jung-hyun, Kwon Hae-hyo, Kim Min-jae, etc.
