The online novel "Reincarnation as the Seventh Prince: My Free-wheeling Magic Learning Journey" written by Kensaku Nasaku was first serialized on the novel website "Become a Novelist" on October 31, 2019. The single volume of the novel was published by Kodansha and belongs to the Kodansha Light Novel Library. Mel is in charge of the illustrations.

Subsequently, the work was adapted into a manga of the same name by Ishizawa Yusuke on June 27, 2020. The animated adaptation of the same name produced by TSUMUGI AKITA ANIMATION LAB will also be broadcast on April 1, 2024.
