While the DC Animated Movie Universe hasn't performed as well as the DC TV series, at least DC has delivered a good answer in "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War". This movie takes full advantage of the fact that this film is the final chapter of DC Animation's 15 movies. The plot of this film turns in some very surprising and audience-engaging directions, and it manages to somehow make a lot of payoffs throughout the DC Universe while still showing the final battle between the Justice League and Darkseid. The abrupt ending is a bit disappointing, but it has to be said that "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War" is the most influential DC Animated film since "Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox".
