According to foreign media reports, Donnie Yen was recently asked by foreign media whether he wanted to play a superhero when promoting Mulan. He revealed that Zack Snyder had approached him to star in Aquaman, but he was committed to another movie at the time, so he was unable to participate. Donnie Yen said he is open to playing a superhero. He said that as an actor, he is willing to explore various possibilities, and if the role, the content of the movie and the message it conveys are what he likes, he will consider it. The live-action version of "Mulan" starring Liu Yifei, Donnie Yen, Jet Li and Gong Li will be released in North America on March 27. |
