New stills of Korean zombie costume drama "Kingdom" Season 2 will be aired on March 13

Today (February 11), the second season of the Korean costume zombie drama "Kingdom (Joseon)", which will be aired on March 13, released a set of high-definition stills. The film stars Bae Doona, Ryu Seung-ryong, and Ju Ji-hoon, and the character played by Jun Ji-hyun will also appear at the end of the second season.

Kingdom (킹덤, Kingdom), created by Tunnel director Kim Sung-hoon and Signal screenwriter Kim Eun-hee, is Netflix's first Korean original series and premiered on January 25, 2019. It is adapted from the webtoon God's Kingdom by writers Kim Eun-hee and Liang Qingyi, and is a fantasy costume drama with zombie themes.

The plot is set in the Joseon Dynasty several years after the Japanese invasion of Korea in the late 16th century. The crown prince Lee Cang wants to see his father who has been bedridden for more than 10 days, but he is always obstructed by people in the palace, who believe that there is some unspeakable secret in the palace.
