The producer of "Kraven the Hunter" explains the reason for the postponement of the release to make good use of the Christmas holiday

The Marvel movie "Kraven the Hunter", starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, was originally scheduled to be released on August 30, 2024, but the official postponed the release date to December 13 last month, which is very close to Christmas.

In fact, this is not the first time that "Hunter Kraven" has been postponed. The film was originally scheduled to be released on January 13, 2023, and was subsequently postponed to October 6, 2023. However, due to the Hollywood strike, it was postponed again to August 2024.

Recently, Matt Tolmach, the producer of "Kraven the Hunter", revealed the reason for choosing to postpone the release date again in an interview with foreign media "Collider".

“We’re actually excited that Kraven the Hunter was pushed [closer to] Christmas because Christmas is the best time to release a movie — when you give people time to revisit the movie over and over again, it really reflects how the studio feels about the movie,” Tomazzi said. “We’re really excited that this is a worthwhile move to try and reflect how the audience feels about the movie.”
