According to the February TV drama filing released by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the TV drama "Little Li Flying Dagger" is about to be remade into a new version. The new version of "Little Li Flying Dagger" is planned to be shot in 45 episodes and will start shooting in June 2019, with a production cycle of 5 months.

According to the plot on the filing form, the plot of the play is basically the same as the 1999 TV series.
