The preliminary voting results of the 2018 Tokyo Anime Awards are released

The annual voting for the Tokyo Anime Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the Japanese animation industry, has begun, and the results of the preliminary voting for "100 favorite animations selected by everyone" were announced yesterday! (Only the top 100 will be able to participate in the next round of voting).

The voting range is 100 works (90 TV animations + 10 theatrical animations) selected by netizens from 523 animations broadcast from October 15, 2017 to October 13, 2018. A total of 397,145 votes were collected in this vote, which is the largest number of votes in history.
