According to the information on the official website, "Dragon Ball DAIMA" will be a brand new story, not a remake, and this is not the first time Goku has been "shrunk" (in "Dragon Ball GT", he was shrunk by Miranda who accidentally made a wish through the Dragon Balls).

In the official information released, the original author Akira Toriyama not only "shrunk" Goku, but also made Krillin, Mr. Satan, Android 18, Chi-Chi and Majin Buu smaller, and released a hand-drawn drawing by Akira Toriyama.
