Reynolds teams up with Deadpool 3 director again for Netflix new film

According to Hollywood Reporter, famous actor Ryan Reynolds will once again work with director Shawn Levy to shoot a heist movie for Netflix's streaming platform. The script of the movie will be written by Dana Fox (screenwriter of Disney's "Cruella").

Shawn Levy will direct the film and produce with his production company 21 Laps.

The exact details of the project are being kept under wraps, but it is said to be similar to the classic heist drama Ocean's Eleven. There is no production schedule for the film yet. Considering Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy's busy schedules ahead, there won't be any more news on the film for some time.

Reynolds and Levy first worked together on Ready Player One and have become one of Hollywood's most recognizable duos in recent memory. They followed up Ready Player One with the family-friendly action-adventure comedy The Adam Project in 2022, also released on Netflix. They are currently filming Deadpool 3, which will be the only Marvel superhero movie next year.
