Andy Lau's "Moscow Operation" is scheduled to be released on September 29. This year's National Day competition is fierce

The official Weibo account of the movie "Moscow Operation" confirmed that the action film "Moscow Operation" directed by Herman Yau and starring Andy Lau will be released on September 29. The film is based on China's first real cross-border manhunt case, the "1993 China-Russia International Train Robbery."

"Moscow Operation" is adapted from a real event. In 1993, a number of armed robberies occurred on the K3/4 international train between Beijing and Moscow, the only land transportation line between China and Europe. The Chinese police intervened in the cross-border investigation and vowed to bring the murderer to justice. The special operations team led by the railway police went deep into the strange country of Moscow, disguised as businessmen and went deep into danger, with only one goal: to arrest the criminals and successfully extradite them back to China.
