Jason Momoa plays DC superhero Lobo again after Aquaman

Following Aquaman, Jason Momoa will officially play another hero of the DC movie universe, Lobo, a powerful and wild alien bounty hunter, in the new film "Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow". "Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow" will start filming on January 13, 2025. Millie Alcock will play Supergirl and Matthias Schoenaerts will play the villain Krem. It will be directed by Craig Gillespie ("Cruella: Black and White" and "I, Tonya") and is scheduled to be released in North America on June 26, 2026. According to DC's official Twitter account, the sci-fi adventure "Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow" will be adapted from Tom King and Bilquis Ivry's recent award-winning comic book story, presenting an uncommon Supergirl to the audience.
