Neil Druckmann: Bella Ramsey will play Ellie in The Last of Us Season 2

Today (March 13), the first season of the game-adapted TV series "The Last of Us" has officially ended. It is reported that HBO has renewed "The Last of Us" for a second season, which will be adapted from the plot of "The Last of Us Part 2". With the end of the first season, discussions have gradually emerged on the Internet as to whether Bella Ramsey, who plays Ellie, will continue to participate in the second season.

Recently, executive producer and Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann said at a press conference before the first season finale that he and producer Craig Mazin hope Ramsay will continue to star in "The Last of Us" Season 2 and play the protagonist Ellie.

Druckmann said: "When I finished this game, I felt that we were very lucky. It was also very rare for me to find Ashley Johnson (Ellie's face model in the game). I couldn't imagine any other version of Ellie until we also found Bella Ramsey, which was very rare."

Druckerman also said: "We would only consider replacing Bella Ramsey if she told us, 'I don't want to work with you anymore.'"
