New trailer for Tokyo Avengers 2 movie to be released in Golden Week 2023

The live-action sequel to the famous time-travel comic "Tokyo Avengers", "Tokyo Avengers 2", will be produced in two parts, to be released during the Golden Week and summer of 2023 respectively. The official popular film has released the latest trailer and character posters, let's take a sneak peek.

• "Tokyo Manga Avengers" is a manga drawn by Japanese manga artist Ken Wakui. The protagonist Takeshi is having trouble with everything he does and lives in a run-down old apartment. He learns from TV that his ex-girlfriend Hinata from junior high school was killed in a gang fight. One day, he was waiting for a train on the platform and fell onto the tracks. He thought he was dead, but when he came to his senses, he found himself back in junior high school 12 years ago. Later, he met Hinata's younger brother Naoto, who told him what happened 12 years later and asked him to protect his sister. After the two shook hands, he returned to the modern era again.

•The live-action movie story of "Tokyo Avengers 2" will revolve around the "Bloody Halloween" chapter of the original work. The first chapter is titled "Bloody Halloween: Destiny" and the second chapter is titled "Bloody Halloween: Decisive Battle". The story tells the story of the protagonist Takeshi going back to the past again, approaching the tragic event of the split of the six members of the Touman, looking for the key to saving Hinata.
