Sina Film reported today (November 24) that the 4K restored version of the classic French film "The Chorus" released a release poster and will be released in mainland China on December 2.

The film tells the story of a musician named Clement (Gerard Junior) who works as an assistant teacher in a French countryside in 1949. Most of the students in the school are difficult problem children, corporal punishment is common here, and the school principal (François Belleion) is only concerned about his own future and is cruel and oppressive. Clement, who has a calm personality, tries to improve this situation in his own way. He re-composes music, organizes a choir, and decides to use music to open the closed hearts of students.
