The horror film "My Best Friend Is an Exorcist" has released a trailer and will be available on Amazon Prime Video on September 30. A girl is possessed by a demon and behaves in strange and dangerous ways. Can her best friend save her?

Starring Elsie Fisher (Eighth Grade) and Amir Miller (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), the film is directed by Damon Thomas (Killing Eve, Low-SU Weird Tales), and produced by Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day, Happy Homicide).

The story is adapted from Grady Hendrix's best-selling novel of the same name. It tells the story of a pair of high school girls, Abby and Gretchen, who have been good friends since childhood in the 1980s, going to play by the water. However, after an exploration of an abandoned house out of curiosity, Gretchen becomes abnormal. She becomes moody and often angry, and strange things begin to happen around her. Abby tries to figure out the reason, but makes a surprising discovery and a terrible conclusion... In the end, only one question is the key: Can their friendship overcome the devil?
