Ant-Man 3 and Captain Marvel 2 swap release dates

Today, Disney announced that two of the films scheduled to be released in 2023 will change their release dates. Specifically, the release dates of the two films, Captain Marvel 2 and Ant-Man 3, have been swapped.

"Captain Marvel 2" was originally scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023, and "Ant-Man 3" was scheduled to be released on July 28, 2023, but now "Ant-Man 3" will be released in February, while "Captain Marvel 2" has been "postponed to July."

According to Variety, the reason for the swap is that Captain Marvel 2 requires a longer production time. It is reported that the main filming of Ant-Man 3 has been completed, while Captain Marvel 2 still has more work to do.
