The Chinese subtitle trailer of the best-selling novel adaptation "Where the Crickets Sing" will be released on July 1

Starring Daisy Edgar-Jones from "Normal People", Harris Dickinson, David Strathairn, Garret Dillahunt and Taylor John Smith, the film "Where the Crickets Sing", adapted from the best-selling novel of the same name with a Douban score of 8.8, has released its first Chinese subtitle trailer and the film will be released in North America on July 1.

Taylor Swift wrote and sang the theme song "Carolina" for "Where the Crickets Sing". It tells the story of Kya, a girl living in the coastal wetlands of North Carolina. When her ex-boyfriend is found dead, she becomes the focus of attention. The residents of the town all suspect that she is the mastermind of the murder. Reese Witherspoon is the producer, Olivia Newman is the director, and Lucy Aliba is the screenwriter.
