The new action film from the director of the "John Wick" series will combine "John Wick" and "The Dark Knight"

Chad Stahelski, a stuntman turned director, directed the exciting action movie "John Wick" series. Recently, foreign media reported that Chad Stahelski is making a new detective action movie.

It is reported that this action film named "The Professionals" will combine the features of "John Wick" and "The Young Men in Black". It tells the story of a group of professional killers trapped in a British country manor. One of them was murdered and the rest must solve the murder.

Hunter Perot, grandson of late business executive and presidential candidate Ross Perot, wrote the first draft of the script, which is currently being penned by stuntman-turned-screenwriter Madison Turner (who worked on the stunts for The Dark Knight Rises). Josh Glick, David Bernon and Perot will serve as executive producers.

Different from the well-known "John Wick" series, "Clue" released in 1985 was adapted from the board game of the same name (Clue). It tells the story of six guests in a huge and gloomy manor who join hands to try to find the killer.

Chad Stahelski is currently preparing a remake of Highlander starring Henry Cavill (released in 2026), and a John Wick spinoff, Ballerinas, starring Ana de Armas (released in June 2025).
