The first chapter of the new OVA of the animation "Hakuouki" OP & ED is released

The Blu-ray/DVD version of the new OVA animation of "Hakuoki" adapted from the classic game series will be released today (December 24), and the official has released the OP and ED of the first chapter of the OVA.

Hakuoki was originally a female-oriented romance game for the PS2 set in the Shinsengumi era. Other games in the same series include Hakuoki Chronicles, Hakuoki Game Record, Hakuoki DS, and Hakuoki Megisoroku. The anime version of Hakuoki was released in April 2010 and was later ported to multiple console platforms.

The new OVA of "Hakuouki" is expected to include three chapters. The first chapter is called "The Flower of the Clouds", which was released today. The second chapter is called "Dark Night, Impatiens Hawkmoth Lantern", which will be released on January 28, 2022. The third chapter is called "Tanabata, the Sound of the Galaxy", which will be released on February 25, 2022. The story still revolves around the new adventure of the Shinsengumi and Yukimura Chizuru, so stay tuned.
