2022 Oscar "Best Visual Effects" shortlist announced: Shang-Chi and Black Widow on the list

Today (December 22), the 2022 Academy Awards announced the shortlist for the "Best Visual Effects" award. A total of 10 films were selected, including "Shang-Chi", "Black Widow", and "The Matrix 4", and the final shortlisted works will be selected from them.

The 94th Academy Awards will announce the official nominations for all awards on February 8, 2022, and the awards ceremony will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on March 27, 2022.

All four of Marvel's films this year have been nominated, including Dune, No Time to Die, Godzilla vs. Kong, and The Player, all of which have been introduced to China. Although the other films are not currently available in mainland China, as a Marvel fan, one of these four films will definitely be nominated. Dune may also become a dark horse.
