The movie "Ultraman Triga: Episode Z" announced to be released overseas on March 18, 2022

Tsuburaya officially announced today (December 13) the theatrical version of "Ultraman Triga", "Ultraman Triga: Episode Z", which will be released in Japan on March 18, 2022. The evil giant "Evil Trigger" who inherited the shadow appeared in the world of Ultraman Triga, and the protagonist of the previous work, Ultraman Zeta, will also make a cameo appearance.

Plot summary: Two years have passed since the last battle, and peace has been restored around the world. However, things don't stay calm for long when monsters begin to appear on Earth again. At the same time, a series of mysterious break-ins occur in super ancient ruins around the world. Led by a new captain, the GUTS-SELECT team prepares to investigate. Little do they know that this is the beginning of a fierce battle where life and death are at stake.

Guts-Select and Ultraman Zeta join the battle, led by Kengo Shinaka. An evil figure emerges from the shadows: Evil Triga, an evil giant who inherited the Shadow.

In order to make everyone smile again, Ultraman Triga and Ultraman Zeta's human form, Haruki Natsukawa, the new member of GUTS-SELECT, and Ignis, the human form of the evil Triga, will embark on the ultimate battle of light and shadow.
