The latest theatrical version of "Space Battleship Yamato 2205: The Later Chapter STASHA-", the original work of Japanese animation and the representative work of Leiji Matsumoto, will be released on February 4, 2022. The official recently released the latest trailer. Let's take a sneak peek.

• "Space Battleship Yamato 2205: New Journey" is a remake of the 1979 TV animation special "Space Battleship Yamato 2205: New Journey", and the storyline has been completely re-drawn. The latter part of the story will be closer to the core of the adventure, so stay tuned.

The general planner of this series is Harutoshi Fukui, the director is confirmed to be Kenji Yasuda who directed "Macross Δ", the script is Hideki Oka, the original character design is Nobuki Yuki, the mechanical design is Junichiro Tamamori, Mika Akitaka, and Yasushi Ishizu, and the music is done by Akinara Miyagawa.
