Alice in Borderland Season 2 to air in December 2022

According to Japanese media cinemaday today (November 10), the second season of the Japanese drama "Alice in Borderland" is scheduled to be released exclusively on Netflix worldwide in December 2022. The male lead Arisu Ryohei of "Alice in Borderland" will be played by Kento Yamazaki; the female lead Usagi Yuzuha will be played by Tao Tsuchiya.

"Alice in Borderland" (also known as "The Adventurer in the Land of the Present") tells the story of a high school senior named Arisu Ryohei who has accomplished nothing. Because he can never beat his excellent younger brother, he always wants to escape from this unpleasant reality. One day, when he was fooling around with his best friends Karibe and Chota, he witnessed a huge fireworks display. He did not expect that he would step into a strange world and join a game inexplicably. In order to survive in this world, they must participate in the game and win a visa to the Land of the Present!
