"Pirates of the Caribbean" actor: Depp's version of Captain Jack Sparrow should return

Kevin McNally, who played First Mate Gibbs in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series, recently complained about this. He said that without Depp, there would be no Pirates of the Caribbean series.

Earlier reports said that Disney is rebooting the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series without Johnny Depp, but progress is not going smoothly so far.

This is not the first time Kevin McNally has supported Depp. At the end of last year, he publicly stated: "Depp has created a legendary contemporary film character.
