Director Quentin plans to sell 7 uncut scenes of "Pulp Fiction" as NFT

Director Quentin plans to sell 7 uncut scenes of "Pulp Fiction" as NFT

Recently, director Quentin Tarantino announced that he plans to sell NFTs of seven unedited shots, handwritten scripts and reviews from Pulp Fiction. Quentin said in a statement: “I am very happy to show fans these exclusive shots from Pulp Fiction.”

It is reported that Quentin Tarantino will conduct the first auction of related NFTs on a privacy-focused blockchain market called OpenSea.

NFT (full name: Non-Fungible Token) is a unit of data on a digital ledger called a blockchain, and each token can represent a unique digital data. Because they are not interchangeable, non-fungible tokens can represent digital files such as paintings, sounds, videos, game items or other forms of creative works. Although the files (works) themselves can be copied infinitely, the tokens representing them are tracked on their underlying blockchain and provide proof of ownership to buyers. Cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Bitcoin have their own token standards to define the use of NFTs.
