"Departures," a classic film directed by Yojiro Takita and which won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film, has released a release trailer, posters and stills. The 4K restored version will be released in mainland China on October 29. "Departures" set trailer: "Departures" is starring Masahiro Motoki and Ryoko Hirosue, with music by Joe Hisaishi. It tells a healing story about cellist Daigo Kobayashi who leaves Tokyo and returns to his hometown after losing his job due to the disbandment of his band, and starts working as a undertaker by chance.
