Variety announces recent movie star pay: Batman star gets only $3 million

Recently, the famous film and television media Variety announced the pay of Hollywood actors for their roles in movies. Variety reporters pointed out that the benchmark pay for stars in the film industry is 20 million US dollars, which is the pay Jim Carrey received when he starred in "Kingsman: The New York Times" in 1996.

However, some online streaming platforms are now starting to pay actors more to make up for the decline in their theater box office revenue. Therefore, Netflix and Amazon are willing to pay stars between 30 million and 50 million US dollars per movie.
