According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Shang-Chi" director Destin Daniel Cretton is in talks with Marvel to return to the MCU to direct the Dutch version of "Spider-Man 4". According to reports, Destin Daniel Cretton is only in talks and has not yet officially signed with Marvel. The Dutch version of the Spider-Man trilogy was directed by Jon Watts. After Watts left the MCU, the director of Spider-Man 4 has not yet been found. The report also stated that the "Spider-Man 4" movie is being prepared at full speed and is scheduled to start shooting in early 2025.
