Kit Harington: 'Game of Thrones' led to my mental health issues

Recently, actor Kit Harington was interviewed by the famous media The Hollywood Reporter. During the interview, he said that starring in "Game of Thrones" caused him to have mental health problems. Kit Harington once played the classic role of Jon Snow in "Game of Thrones".

"Honestly, I had some psychological issues towards the end of Game of Thrones and they continued for a while after that, and I think that was a result of what I had done over the years and the tone of the show," Harington said.

Harington also said: "The mental problems caused by "Game of Thrones" forced me to take a full year off. Just when I was ready to return to work, I was affected by the global epidemic. Now I feel that I don’t have to be in that kind of tense state when acting."

Harington's next role is Dane Whitman, the Black Knight in Marvel's new film "Eternals", which will be officially released on November 5 this year.
