Jet Li and Yu Shi join Wu Jing's new film "The Dart" to be completed in 2024

Recently, Alibaba Pictures President Li Jie revealed the main creative team of "The Dart" at the "Message to New Power" section of the 7th China Film New Power Forum. It is directed by Yuan Heping, produced by Wu Jing, and starred by Wu Jing, Nicholas Tse, Jet Li, and Yu Shi. The film started shooting in July and is expected to be completed in 2024.

The movie version of "The Bodyguard" is adapted from the comic of the same name by Xu Xianzhe. The story is set in the late Sui Dynasty. It tells the story of a bodyguard Daoma (played by Wu Jing) traveling in the desert of the Western Regions who takes on a escort mission with the destination being Chang'an, thus beginning a journey that affects the fate of the world.
