While four seasons might be too short a lifespan for an anime as consistently strong as Castlevania, it's better for the series to end on its best footing now rather than rest on its welcome. Castlevania Season 4 provides a very fitting finale that deftly handles a lot of material and gives each of the main characters a clean slate. It's safe to say that the upcoming spinoff series will have plenty of room to fill.
