The manga "Brothers and Sisters of the Shiunji Family", drawn by Rei Miyajima, the author of "Rent-a-Girlfriend", and co-authored by Reiji Yukino, was originally serialized in the 5th issue of Hakusensha's manga magazine "Young Animal" in 2022.
