The TV animation of "Scorching Kabaddi", based on the popular manga sports series by Musashino Hajime, will be officially aired in April. Today, on January 26, the official announced three new characters. Let's take a look at them.

Kabaddi originated in India. It is a sport similar to the Chinese folk game "Eagle Catches Chicken". It is a folk sport for young men in India and Pakistan. It is played on a flat field without any equipment. There is a 6.40-7.32-meter-long center line on the field, with one person sitting at each end of the center line or a pile of clothes as a mark. This sport requires agility, good lung capacity, muscle coordination and quick reflexes.

The Japanese manga "Scorching Kabaddi" tells the story of Ryuya Ayokoshi, a former elite of the soccer club who hates sports, being recruited into the kabaddi club and embarking on a passionate adventure. The three new characters announced today are Shinken Ban, played by Shinichiro Kamio; Ryuta Seki, played by Wataru Komada; and Yuki Hitomi, played by Ayumu Murase.
