Henry Cavill posts jogging photo: Injury on set of The Witcher Season 2 has healed

Recently, "Superman" Henry Cavill's injury is getting better. He posted a selfie on Instagram and reported his current situation: he had previously suffered a hamstring injury on the set of "The Witcher" Season 2, and now he has recovered to the point where he can start jogging for the first time after the injury. "I didn't run fast, but it was a long way, but it was a major step in my recovery process."

Henry Cavill also said that he had a good Christmas (mulled wine and a very fat turkey, etc.), and he would start exercising from now on to get back in shape. However, the UK is in lockdown, and he only goes out once a day.

In mid-December last year, multiple media outlets reported that Cavill injured his leg while being suspended 20 feet high by a wire while doing close combat training for the second season of The Witcher at the Arborfield Studios in London. The injury was not serious enough to call an ambulance, but he was unable to walk normally, especially when wearing heavy armor. Since then, the filming of the show has continued without him, without a break until the Christmas and New Year holidays. Cavill also took some time off during the holidays.
