The sequel to Ready Player One, Ready Player Two, is in the works

The sequel to Ernest Cline's novel Ready Player One, Ready Player Two, was officially released in November. Recently, Ernest Cline revealed in an interview with Inverse that the movie version of Ready Player Two is already in preparation.

When asked whether Ready Player Two would be adapted into a movie like Ready Player One, Ernest Cline said: "It's still early days, and Hollywood is still in an uncertain state. But through the experience of shooting the first movie, I can confirm that everyone had a lot of fun."

Although the original author Ernest Cline did not reveal more information, it can be confirmed that the movie version of "Ready Player Two" is already in preparation. The movie "Ready Player One" was released in China on March 30, 2018, and the response was very good, with a global cumulative box office of 582 million US dollars.
