The concept poster of the online drama "Yunnan Worm Valley" was released and will be broadcast in 2021

The web drama "Yunnan Worm Valley", adapted from the "Ghost Blowing Out the Light" series of novels by Tianxia Bachang, recently released a concept poster. The drama uses the same cast as the previous drama "Longling Mystery Cave": Pan Yueming plays Hu Bayi, Jiang Chao plays Wang Kaixuan, and Zhang Yuqi plays Shirley Yang.

According to Tencent, "Yunnan Worm Valley" is scheduled to be broadcast online in 2021. Following the plot of "Longling Mystery Cave", it tells the story of an expedition trio composed of Hu Bayi (played by Pan Yueming), Shirley Yang (played by Zhang Yuqi), and Wang Pangzi (played by Jiang Chao) who found out that the rumored life-saving Zhuchen Pearl became a burial object in the tomb of King Xian of the ancient Dian Kingdom, and went deep into the malaria-ridden land to explore the traces of Zhuchen Pearl.

The three followed a human skin map to cross the secret underground waterway of the ancient Dian Kingdom under Zhalong Mountain, but unexpectedly encountered a thousand-year-old magic device. Thousands of "figurines" made by slaves were hanging upside down on the top of the cave like bombs. When they fell into the water one after another, it triggered a series of jungle strife. The "SOS" code appeared in the jungle at night. Was it the ghosts of the Flying Tigers who were buried here, or was it a puzzle set by the high priest of King Xian...

It is reported that after "The Lost Tomb", "The Yellow Skin Tomb", "The Wrath of the West Hunan", "The Cave of Dragon Valley" and "The Worm Valley of Yunnan", Tencent also plans to launch the online dramas "Return to the South China Sea", "The Coffin Bones of Wu Gorge" and "The Kunlun Temple".
