A female Constantine? MGM acquires the rights to the comic book Mercy Sparx for film and television adaptation

MGM has acquired the film and television adaptation rights for the comic book "Mercy Sparx" created by Josh Blaylock, and plans to make it into a movie. The style is said to be similar to the female version of "Constantine", with the protagonist being a spicy and irritable person, witty and humorous, and a smoker and drinker.

The story tells about the female demon Mercy Sparx who was sent from hell to the human world to perform a mission, hiding among humans, which triggered her existential crisis, causing her to begin to see the gray area between good and evil, forcing her to face her own position and endangering her mission. Written by Nick Shafir (RIP Off).
