SARFT: Three types of TV dramas on the war of resistance against Japanese aggression are not allowed to be broadcast, and dramas of the highest order are strictly prohibited

Recently, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has deployed and coordinated the broadcasting of TV dramas on themes such as the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and the fight against the epidemic. It is necessary to carry forward the spirit of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the spirit of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and tell the touching story of China's actions in fighting the new coronavirus epidemic.

In addition, in response to the broadcast arrangement of TV series commemorating the 75th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, relevant broadcasting organizations are required not to broadcast TV series on the theme of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression that violate common sense, arbitrarily interpret history, or are overly entertaining. Previously, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television issued a notice to select some dramas from newly created and already broadcasted anti-Japanese war-themed TV dramas as reference for broadcast by TV stations at all levels. These include 24 dramas such as "Drawing Sword", "Battle of Changsha", "River and Mountain", "On the Taihang Mountains" and "The Spy in the Deep Sea".
