Marvel executives released an unofficial concept map of Shang-Chi inspired by Bruce Lee's yellow battle suit

Marvel's Asian superhero movie "Shang-Chi", Charlie Wen, head of visual development at Marvel Studios, recently posted an unofficial concept art picture of "Shang-Chi" on Instagram, in which the leading actor Simu Liu transforms into the Chinese superhero "Shang-Chi".

Charlie Wen, head of visual development at Marvel Studios, said the character was inspired by Bruce Lee, and the suit design was based on the classic yellow suit from Bruce Lee's 1978 masterpiece "Game of Death."

"Shang-Chi" has now been postponed to May 7, 2021 in North America, and may resume filming in Australia at the end of July. Canadian-Chinese Simu Liu will play the protagonist "Shang-Chi", Tony Leung will play "Mandarin", and "Crazy Rich Asians" heroine Awkwafina will join.
