Final Destination 6 may focus on firefighters, medical staff, etc.

In 2020, 20 years have passed since the first Final Destination movie was released, which is longer than the time that many tragically dead characters in the series have lived. The last movie in the series dates back to 2011's Final Destination 5. At the beginning of last year, foreign media reported that Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, the screenwriters of the Saw series, were about to start working on Final Destination 6.

In a recent interview with foreign media, Craig Perry, producer of the Final Destination series, said, "We are thinking about this idea. The new film may focus on the 'first responders' in our world, that is, emergency medical technicians, firefighters, police and others. These people are fighting death on the front line every day, and the choices they make will determine life and death... We think that introducing such a world will make the Final Destination movie more interesting and make some unique scenes more credible."

"Believability" is actually one of the biggest advantages of the "Final Destination" series. The scenes in the previous games are very easy to encounter in our daily lives and are therefore frightening. For example, we may not have so many opportunities to be suddenly trapped in an isolated forest cabin where no one can help us in other horror movies, nor do we have so many opportunities to fight face to face with a perverted killer.

But in the "Final Destination" series, riding a roller coaster (the car falls off), swimming in a swimming pool (intestines are sucked out), going to the gym (being crushed in the head by fitness equipment), although the "ways of death" in brackets are horrific creations of the film, these scenes are not far from the audience's daily life.

Regarding Final Destination 6, Craig Perry also gave a small spoiler, "After watching the movie, I don't think people will look at revolving doors the same way again" (I'm dead, I'm most afraid of revolving doors...)

There is no release date for Final Destination 6 yet, and under the current circumstances, we may not have more new news in the short term. It is better for everyone to rest at home, stay at home, and don't go out or use the revolving door.
