Black actress Mbatha-Raw to join Rocky

The Marvel series "Loki" will be launched on Disney+ in the spring of 2021, and the plot is directly connected to "Doctor Strange 2" which will be released in May of the same year. Recently, foreign media reported that black actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw is expected to join "Loki". Although the role has not been determined, foreign media speculated that she may play the female lead.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw has recently appeared in films and TV series such as Brooklyn Mystery, The Morning Show and The Cloverfield Paradox.

The actors who have been confirmed for "Loki" include Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, and Sofia Di Martino (who is said to play the female version of Loki).

There are still few details about "Loki". Marvel CEO Kevin Feige showed concept drawings and logos at an event in April. In the concept drawings, Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, appeared on Earth, and a theater appeared behind him introducing the blockbuster "Jaws" released that year, confirming that the show will indeed switch to several different timelines as previously rumored.
