Kaiyodo launches a 2-meter-tall EVA Unit-01 statue worth 100,000 RMB

The model exhibition WF2020 (Winter) just opened on February 9th. The famous model factory Kaiyodo participated in the exhibition and launched a 2-meter-high EVA Unit-01 statue to commemorate the release of "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo" in Japan on June 27th. The price is as high as 1,580,000 yen (about 100,000 RMB).

The 2-meter-high EVA Unit-01 statue is the latest work of the famous designer Matsumura Shinobu. It is 2 meters tall, with amazing overall details and completely restored to the original setting. "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) End" is directed by Hideaki Anno and produced by Khara Studio. It is the fourth part of the Evangelion tetralogy, which is a reconstruction of "Neon Genesis Evangelion". It is scheduled to be officially released in Japan on June 27.
