Dune prequel Dune: Prophecy to premiere in fall

Today (May 16), Max released the trailer for "Dune: The Prophecy", a prequel to the "Dune" series, starring Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Mark Strong and others. The first season will have a total of 6 episodes and will be available on the Max streaming platform this fall.

Adapted from the novel "Dune: Sisterhood", the story is set 10,000 years before the rise of Paul Atreides in "Dune". It tells the story of two sisters from the Harkonnen family fighting against the crisis that threatens the future of mankind and creating the legendary Bene Gesserit Sisterhood.
